Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the cancellation and refund terms for course and training enrolments with ACLM Institute of Professional Studies.
1. Cancellation before the course starts
A learner who wishes to cancel an enrolment before the relevant course or batch starts may submit a written refund request to ACLM. If eligible, the refund will be calculated after deducting the applicable administrative deduction. The deduction amount or calculation should be disclosed to the learner before enrolment/payment and reflected in the applicable course communication or receipt.
2. No refund after the course starts
Once the course has started, course fees are non-refundable, including where a learner chooses to discontinue, stops attending, changes their mind, or is unable to participate for personal reasons. This rule is subject to any non-waivable rights or remedies under applicable law.
3. How to request cancellation
Send a written request using the contact details published on ACLM's website. Include the learner's name, registered phone/email, course or batch, payment date and transaction reference, and state that you are requesting cancellation before the course start date. ACLM may request reasonable supporting information to verify the enrolment and payment.
4. Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, ACLM will communicate the approved amount and processing method. Any processing timeline will be shared with the learner when the request is acknowledged or approved. Refunds, where practicable, will be returned through the original payment method or another verified method agreed with the payer.
5. Course changes or cancellation by ACLM
If ACLM cancels a programme or makes a material change that prevents delivery as agreed, the Institute will communicate the available options and handle any refund or adjustment in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances.
6. Important notes
- Submitting a request does not itself mean a refund has been approved.
- Administrative deductions should be communicated clearly before payment; ACLM should not apply an undisclosed deduction.
- This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
