Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions explain the general terms for using ACLM Institute's website and enrolling in its courses, workshops and training programmes.
1. About ACLM and acceptance
“ACLM”, “we”, “us” or “Institute” refers to ACLM Institute of Professional Studies. By using this website, submitting an enquiry or enrolling in a programme, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity. Course-specific information shared at the time of enrolment will also apply.
2. Course information and enrolment
- Course content, duration, delivery mode, schedule, eligibility and fees are described on the relevant course page or communicated by the Institute.
- Enrolment is subject to completion of the Institute's registration process and applicable fee requirements.
- Students should provide accurate contact, identity and academic information where requested and promptly inform the Institute of material changes.
- Any batch, schedule or delivery details confirmed individually should be retained as part of the student's enrolment records.
3. Fees and payments
Applicable fees, payment deadlines, instalment terms (if any) and any taxes or charges will be communicated before enrolment or payment. Students are responsible for checking the amount and payment instructions before making a payment and keeping the transaction confirmation.
4. Classes, attendance and conduct
Students are expected to attend sessions, participate respectfully, follow reasonable academic and operational instructions, and use learning resources only for permitted educational purposes. Missed classes, late attendance or failure to complete activities do not by themselves create an entitlement to a refund or additional sessions. Any make-up or support arrangements are subject to the programme terms communicated by ACLM.
5. Learning materials and intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, course notes, presentations, recordings, assessments, logos and other materials supplied by ACLM are for the enrolled learner's personal educational use. They must not be republished, resold, distributed, recorded, or used commercially without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.
6. Assessments and certificates
Where a programme includes an assessment or certificate, eligibility and issuance depend on the requirements communicated for that programme, which may include attendance, participation, assessment or completion criteria. Enrolment alone does not guarantee a certificate, placement, job, promotion or particular outcome.
7. Website use and third-party services
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or misleading material. The website may link to third-party platforms or services; their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
8. Changes and service availability
ACLM may update website content and make reasonable operational changes to a programme, including schedules or delivery arrangements. Where a change materially affects an enrolled learner, the Institute will communicate relevant information through the contact details available to it.
9. Refunds and cancellations
Course fee refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Contact
For questions about these terms or a course, contact ACLM Institute through the contact details published on our website.
